Requests may be submitted directly to the appropriate school contact by email. To ensure efficient processing, please include detailed information describing the records you are requesting.

If you are unsure which school to contact, or if your request involves multiple schools or district-level records, please contact the District Office.

How to Submit a Records Request

When submitting a request by email, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your contact information

  • A clear description of the records requested

  • Relevant dates or timeframes

  • Any additional details that may assist in locating the records
