How does my child qualify for AIG services?
Plan Documents
K-8 Differentiated Education Plan (DEP)
Each student should have an updated DEP signed every year through 8th grade. This is typically done by the end of September at the beginning of the school year.
9-12 Differentiated Education Plan (DEP)
At the end of 8th grade, students who receive AIG services have a new DEP created that will remain in effect throughout high school. Parents should be asked to sign that document before the end of 8th grade.
Due Process Procedures for Parents of the Academically/Intellectually Gifted
Each time you sign a DEP for your student, you should be provided with a copy of the Due Process Procedures. If for some reason you so not receive a copy, that can be found below.
