Requesting Public Records

Public records requests must be submitted via email, fax, or in writing. When making a request, include your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the records you are requesting.  

  • Submit a request using the public records request form.
  • Email your request to publicrecords@caldwellschools.com
  • Fax a request to 828.728.0012. Please include the words “Public Records Request” on the cover sheet.
  • Mail your request to the Caldwell County Schools Education Center.
