We invite you to participate in the 4th Annual Caldwell Agriculture Expo, a unique opportunity for Caldwell County students and community members to explore the agricultural industry.  Through this event, we hope to cultivate student interest, harvest opportunities for career exploration and provide an opportunity for students and the community to become more aware of the ways in which people prosper and succeed in agricultural careers.

The event is scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2024 for all seventh-grade students enrolled in the Caldwell County Schools from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm at the Caldwell County Fairgrounds. On Saturday, April 20, 2024, the event is open to the public from 9 am to 2 pm. We plan to reserve more than 80 exhibitors and anticipate approximately 1,000 students, teachers, and volunteers on Friday, with an additional 3,000 or more visitors on Saturday.

Set Up – You may set up your exhibit on Thursday, April 18th, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm or on Friday from 6:30 am until 7:30 am. Please have your exhibit completed by 8:00 am.

Exhibits – We encourage you to provide informational pieces, i.e., brochures, flyers, etc., that define your organization’s mission and/or objectives. You are also welcome to distribute any giveaways or prizes at your exhibit.

Parking – Exhibitors inside the Jim Andrews building may unload their materials at the double doors located in the front entrance. Please limit your unloading time to allow adequate time for all the exhibitors. Park your vehicle in the reserved exhibitor parking area by 8:00 am on Friday and/or 9:00 am on Saturday. Exhibitor parking will be in the marked area indicated by signage.

Lunch – Lunch will be provided for all exhibitors on Friday, April 19th.  Lunch is on your own for Saturday, April 20th.  Food trucks will be at the Fairgrounds for Saturday.

If you plan to participate, all exhibitor information should be completed and submitted to the Education Center, 1914 Hickory Blvd., SW, Lenoir via the exhibitor form by March 1, 2024.
