Normal operating hours for the Maintenance Department are Monday through Friday 7:00am until 3:30pm. Our summer operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am until 5:00 pm, and closed on Fridays.  Someone will be available during these times to answer calls and monitor SchoolDude for work requests.

Since the Maintenance Department is on a twelve month work schedule, holidays follow the twelve month personnel schedule.

SchoolDude Work Order Request System will be monitored until 3:30pm. If you have an emergency situation during school hours, please call the office and follow up with a work order as soon as possible.

If you have an emergency after hours, please reference your phone list for the appropriate contact person.

Routine maintenance services are requested electronically through SchoolDude. Designees at all locations have been trained to use the system. You can find the link for SchoolDude on the "Useful Links" page.

These requests are printed and provided to the Maintenance Shop Foreman daily. He will then assign the work requests to the appropriate technicians.
