Behind every successful school day is the dedicated team of the Caldwell County Schools Maintenance Department. The Department is the backbone of the District, ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, and ready for learning.

The Maintenance Department operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. During the summer, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (closed on Fridays). During those hours, you can reach Maintenance by phone, and work requests are monitored.

Emergency situations during school hours should be reported to Maintenance by phone first. After notifying the department, submit a ticket.

Emergencies after-hours should be reported to the appropriate person according to your phone list.
