STEM Education (Defined):
STEM education is an integrated approach to learning that combines the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. It empowers students to understand complex problems, think critically, and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. STEM education goes beyond traditional subject-specific instruction to foster collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Critical Components of STEM Education and Leadership in Caldwell County Schools:
- Integrated Curriculum: Implementing a curriculum that connects science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts across grade levels.
